Misleading... I just need my transcript emailed.

My problem is I cannot bring up all the required courses I need to satisfy my 24hr CEUs to renew my CNA license. I have completed maybe half and will expire on June 1st.

A course appears on my transcript twice I only took it once. I need to get the course count correct to be sure I am complete with my ceus and get my license renewed. The phone only number listed is out of service and I cant call in?

Overcharged
I was charged twice for Ceufast. I would like a refund due to overcharges. There were 2 deductions on the same day for $34.00.
